You’ve got a goal. A great, big, huge, juicy goal. Said goal means a lot to you. And yet…
And yet somehow you never quite get to it. Days go by, weeks turn into months and then suddenly it is the cusp of a new year and there you are making plans to accomplish…that same goal.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to actually accomplish that goal? And not next year, but now? Because guess what? I know you can do it! All it takes is a bit of knowledge, some motivation, accountability and guidance. And the good news is that I’ve got all of that for you.
In my new program, over six weeks, you’ll learn everything you need to know to accomplish that goal. And you’ll take action to attain it.
Your goal can be writing-related (I am a writing coach, after all). But it doesn’t have to be. It can be anything that makes your heart beat a little faster. (Beside having an MFA in writing, I’ve also trained as a life coach and other woo-woo techniques such as Theta Healing.) I’ve also been studying habits, motivation, productivity, focus, goal-setting, and how the brain works for a long time. Maybe you want to:
- start an exercise program
- lose ten pounds
- learn to knit
- earn a chunk of cash
- start a business
- ride your bike across the state (Okay, I admit, you might not accomplish something like this–but you can create the plan for it!)
- plant a garden
- make a plan for writing that novel
- or anything else you might think of!
Maybe you have a lot of goals. That’s great! So do I! But goals get accomplished one goal at a time. If you try to do too many things at once, you’ll get overwhelmed. And I don’t know about you, but when I get overwhelmed, I get out the box of chocolates and the bottle of wine and put my hands over my ears to block out the world.
So we’re going to take this one goal at a time. And the skills you learn accomplishing this one goal will be applicable to all your other wonderful goals as well. It’s all about moving from fear (which is a sneaky beast that likes to masquerade in SO many ways) to inspired action. Woot woot!
Since this is a beta version of the program, I’m offering it at a very low price to a small group of people. (The next roll-out is likely to cost quite a bit more.) We might do some tweaks along the way as I learn what works best for you. But never fear, you’ll get a ton out of the program and most importantly, you’ll learn how to Do That Thing!
We’ll meet once a week for an hour-long phone call and I’ll have tons of fun PDFs and documents to aid you in attaining your goal. There will be a weekly accountability check-in via email. As I develop the program there may be some surprises along the way!
We start May 18th and run through June 29th (with one week off while I teach at the Oregon Coast). Class meets at 1 PM Pacific time/2 PM Mountain/3PM Central/4PM Eastern. And it will be recorded so you can listen any time.
