You always give is interesting links. I like the “Easy Edits” site. I’m all for anything to make my sentences more interesting. We’ve all been through that “search for the right word” thing. That often ends in frustration for me. The pop up from my word processor has a thesaurus. I also have a clunky paper one above my monitor. More often than not, the matching words are all familiar and no more exciting than the first one I typed.
